Resident Security Engineer | Static Site – Milton Keynes | £35,000 – £45,000 + Vehicle (Private Use) + Benefits
Our client is a long-standing security solutions provider, supporting major commercial organisations across the UK. They’re now seeking an experienced Security Engineer to join their resident team on a flagship Milton Keynes site.
This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys stability and ownership. You’ll plan your own schedule, work alongside a small on-site team, and have direct support from a hands-on team leader.
The Role:
Service, maintenance, and small works across:
- CCTV
- Access Control
- Intruder Alarms
- Working with systems including Avigilon, Gallagher, and Galaxy
- Autonomy to manage and plan your own week
- Supporting a well-known commercial client at a single static site in Milton Keynes
- Close collaboration with fellow resident engineers and an on-site team leader acting as both client liaison and technical support
What They’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in security systems maintenance and fault finding
- Solid IP knowledge — full manufacturer training on specific systems will be provided
- Someone proactive, organised, and confident working with both tech and clients
Package & Benefits:
- £35,000 – £45,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
- Company car or van (benefit in kind) with personal use allowed
- 23 days holiday, rising to 25 after 2 years, plus bank holidays
