Sales Account Manager | £38,000 – £42,000 + Car Allowance + OTE
We are working in partnership with a high-growth software organisation to recruit a commercially driven Sales Account Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional with SaaS experience—ideally within job management or field service—to join a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving new business and revenue growth.
The Role
As a Sales Account Manager, you will own the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting through to deal closure. You will take a consultative approach, understanding customer needs and delivering tailored product demonstrations that clearly articulate value.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, engaging, and consistent product demonstrations
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline with appropriate coverage
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound activity
- Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Accurately maintain CRM data to support forecasting and reporting
- Develop relationships with new customers and partners
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth sales process

About You
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in software sales, ideally within job management or field service solutions
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset
- Highly motivated, organised, and results-driven
