Role: Security & CAD – BIM Designer
Location: Remote (UK-based)
Salary: £55,000 per annum
Are you a Security & CAD BIM Designer looking for a fully remote role within the UK? As a Security & CAD – BIM Designer, you will support the design and coordination of integrated security systems across commercial and critical infrastructure projects. You will be working for a respected national security and life safety group delivering high-quality, technically coordinated solutions.
Responsibilities:
● Produce detailed security system designs, including CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder systems
● Create and coordinate advanced AutoCAD drawings and Revit (BIM) models
● Develop schematics and fully coordinated design packages
● Work within multi-disciplinary project environments, collaborating with fire and MEP teams
● Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders in a remote setting
Experience and Certifications Required:
● A minimum of 5 years’ experience in security systems design
● Advanced AutoCAD skills
● Strong BIM (Revit) capability
● Experience producing coordinated drawings and technical documentation
● Exposure to multi-disciplinary environments (fire and MEP advantageous)
