Role: Security Installation Engineer
Location: London
Salary: £36,000 to £45,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced Security Installation Engineer. The role involves installing, configuring, and commissioning a range of security systems across commercial and residential sites.
Responsibilities:

Install and commission Intruder Alarm, CCTV, and Access Control systems.

Carry out system testing, fault-finding, and troubleshooting.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including commissioning reports and handover packs.

Provide technical support to clients and escalate complex issues to senior engineers.

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and security standards.
Experience and Certifications Required:

Proven experience installing security systems (Intruder, CCTV, Access Control).

Basic understanding of IP networks and structured cabling is advantageous.

Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and customer service abilities.

Full UK driving licence required.

Manufacturer training or industry certifications (e.g., Lenel, Genetec, Milestone) are beneficial but not essential.
