Role: Security Project Manager
Location: London
Salary: £50,000 to £55,000 per annum

Are you looking for a Security Project Manager position working in London? As a Security Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of commercial security installation projects with a strong focus on CCTV and Access Control. You will be working for an established fire and security specialist that delivers design, installation, commissioning and maintenance for integrated systems across commercial environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple security installation projects ranging from £2k to £1 million.
  • Take full commercial and P&L ownership for each project.
  • Attend and chair client meetings, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project.
  • Plan, schedule and secure labour, coordinating internal engineers and subcontractors.
  • Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress, quality and health & safety compliance.
  • Ensure materials and equipment are procured and delivered to the site on time.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reports and updates for internal teams and clients.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Experience and Certifications Required:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electronic security systems, particularly CCTV and Access Control.
  • Proven experience managing multiple security installation projects from planning to handover.
  • Experience working on commercial or enterprise-level projects, ideally within central London.
