Role: Project Manager – Security Systems
Location: London
Salary: £50,000 to £70,000 per annum
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects valued between £100K and £3M, managing them from design through to handover. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, lead the delivery team, and support the development of junior engineers.
Responsibilities:

Manage the full lifecycle of security projects, from design and planning through commissioning and handover.

Ensure all company, client, and NSI standards and procedures are adhered to.

Monitor project costs and performance; produce monthly financial and progress reports.

Identify and implement value engineering opportunities.

Oversee health, safety, and quality compliance across all projects.

Produce contract documentation, drawings, and programmes of work.

Lead client and internal meetings, including pre-start, progress, and technical reviews.

Resolve technical or commercial issues promptly and professionally.

Ensure installations meet quality, compliance, and client expectations.

Manage project documentation and ensure accurate handover to maintenance teams.

Support training and development of project team members.

Assist with client relationship management and business development as required.
Experience and Certifications Required:
-
Proven experience delivering high-value security system projects.
-
Knowledge of CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, IP networks, BMS, and traffic management systems.

Project management experience in security, construction, or FM environments.

Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
-
NSI certification knowledge or equivalent standards experience is highly desirable.

Full UK driving licence.
