Security Project Engineer / Small Works Manager | £40,000 – £45,000 + commission + car allowance | Hybrid – London & South East
Progression: Pathway to full Project Manager role
We’re looking for an experienced security engineer ready to step off the tools and progress into project management. This hybrid role combines office work, site visits, and leadership responsibilities.
The Role:
- Manage and deliver small installation and remedial projects (£1k–£50k, up to 2 weeks duration).
- Prepare quotes, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with industry standards (NCP 104/109, BS EN 62676).
- Coordinate engineers, oversee quality, and maintain project documentation.
- Conduct surveys, support site teams, and manage multiple projects across London and the South East.
About You:
- Experienced in CCTV, access control and intruder systems.
- Strong organisational, communication and IT skills.
- Ambitious to grow into a full Project Management role.
