Project Manager – Fire Systems | £55,000 – £60,000 + Bonus + Company Car – 22 days holiday + health plan | Flexible / Hybrid
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex fire systems projects across London from start to finish. This is a high-impact role with full responsibility for planning, delivery, financial control, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage fire system projects across London from feasibility to handover, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability.
- Define scope, budgets, and resources, and develop clear project plans and schedules.
- Oversee daily delivery, monitor progress, and manage risks.
- Control costs, protect margins, and handle financial reporting.
- Lead and motivate teams, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Report regularly to senior leadership and clients, flagging issues early and driving successful outcomes.
About You:
- Proven project management experience in the fire industry.
- Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Commercially aware, with experience in budget control and reporting.
- Good understanding of Health & Safety, CDM regulations (desirable), and technical fire systems knowledge.
- IT literate with Microsoft Office and project management software.
