Role: Service Contracts Manager
Location: Midlands
Salary: £50,000 to £55,000 per annum
Are you looking for a Service Contracts Manager position working in the Midlands? As a Service Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of security engineers while also overseeing and maintaining key customer accounts. You will be joining an industry-leading Fire and Security provider with over 50 years of experience, serving prestigious customers including major UK retailers and banks. The company employs hundreds of Fire and Security professionals across the UK and operates from offices in the North, Midlands and London.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support a medium-sized team of Security Engineers.
- Ensure the department operates in full compliance with Health and Safety requirements, including conducting site audits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering a high level of service throughout.
- Coach and develop the engineering team to support professional growth.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Service Manager within the Fire and Security industry.
- Strong experience managing key customer accounts in a client-facing role.
