Service Manager
Location: London (covering Greater London & surrounding areas)
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum

The Role

Oversee day-to-day service and maintenance operations across a portfolio of lift contracts in London.

Manage and support a team of Service Engineers, ensuring planned maintenance and reactive call-outs are completed efficiently and safely.

Liaise with clients and tenants, providing clear communication, technical support, and excellent customer service.

Monitor service performance, costs, and response times—ensuring compliance with SLAs and company procedures.

Coordinate with technical, repair, and modernisation teams to resolve issues quickly and maintain contract satisfaction.

Contribute to continuous improvement, promoting safety, reliability, and customer care across the service division.
The Ideal Candidate

Experienced Service Manager, Supervisor, or Engineer from the lift, HVAC, electrical, or wider building services industries.

Strong understanding of maintenance operations, service planning, and engineer management.

Excellent communication and organisational skills with a customer-first mindset.

Confident managing field teams and coordinating with clients in a busy service environment.

Able to interpret technical information and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
