About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Service Sales Consultant to drive growth within our fire, security, and life safety service division. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that keep organisations safe, compliant, and fully supported.
You will play a key role in expanding our service and maintenance portfolio by developing new business, managing client relationships, and delivering consultative sales solutions across multiple fire and safety disciplines.
What You’ll Be Doing

Driving growth of service and maintenance contracts across fire and life safety systems

Identifying and securing new business opportunities within the London and Southeast region

Building strong relationships with key stakeholders including procurement teams, compliance managers, and contract managers

Conducting site surveys and preparing proposals, quotations, and pricing
-
Delivering professional sales presentations and consultative solutions
-
Collaborating with internal teams to provide integrated, multi-discipline service offerings
-
Managing your sales pipeline and contributing to accurate forecasting
What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ B2B field sales experience, ideally within fire, security, or life safety services
-
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
-
Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
-
Good understanding of fire safety systems (e.g. fire systems, fire dampers, gas suppression). Knowledge of sprinklers or security systems is advantageous
-
Experience working with facilities management companies is beneficial
-
Ability to translate technical solutions into clear client benefits
-
Strong organisation and pipeline management skills
-
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Full UK driving licence
