Warehouse AssociateMiamisburg, OH
Zitko is working with a well-established, technology-driven organisation to find a Warehouse Associate to join their team in Miamisburg. This is a great opportunity to become part of a clean, organised, and supportive warehouse environment where people genuinely enjoy working together. The team is known for being collaborative and easy-going, while still maintaining high standards when it comes to quality, efficiency, and customer delivery.
In this role, youโll be involved in the full day-to-day operations of the warehouse, supporting everything from receiving and shipping to working closely with production and operations teams. Your day might include picking and packing orders, processing incoming stock, assisting with product assembly, and ensuring everything is accurately tracked through warehouse and ERP systems. Thereโs also a technical element to the role, with responsibilities such as basic assembly, quality checks, and interpreting work instructions or diagrams, so itโs ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on position with a mix of warehouse and light technical work.
Youโll be using systems such as NetSuite and RF Smart to manage inventory and processes, and while prior experience with these is beneficial, a willingness to learn and adapt is just as important. The environment is fast-paced but well-structured, and the team works closely together to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
What weโre looking for:
- Previous warehouse experience (ideally 1โ3 years)
- Comfortable with manual handling and use of pallet jacks (electric lift experience is a plus)
- Experience using warehouse or ERP systems (NetSuite or RF Smart preferred)
- Ability to work across warehouse, production, and operations functions
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Basic technical or assembly experience is advantageous
- Ability to read and follow work instructions or technical drawings
- Experience with shipping/logistics or international shipments is a bonus
