by msecadm4921

Pivot3, Inc, a High-Definition Video Storage product firm, and ViDiCore, a European manufacturer of physical security, announced an agreement to jointly build Pivot3’s channel partner network in Europe.

ViDiCore will represent and support Pivot3 products to physical security resellers and integrators, with emphasis on large-scale storage markets, including public sector, homeland security, gaming, transportation, and education.

"The demand for Pivot3 High-Definition Video Storage has significantly increased this year and our ViDiCore partnership will help us meet the demand," said Lee Caswell, founder and chief marketing officer of Pivot3. "At a high level, European markets are adding cameras, introducing megapixel cameras, and keeping video for longer; all of these factors contribute to the need for high-capacity, high-bandwidth storage. At the same time, requirements and partner needs differ by country, and ViDiCore has the connections and expertise to make us successful on a local level."

"We have been deeply involved in video surveillance for years, and have been looking for a storage solution like Pivot3 that matches the requirements of this fast-growing market," said Achim Hauschke, president of ViDiCore.

"We appreciate strong, innovative technical companies, and we expect to quickly introduce Pivot3 to our reseller and integrator base. With our joint focus on video surveillance and physical security, I know we will build a strong presence together with Pivot3 in the European market."
