The new EuroGuard Combi, from Jacksons Fencing represents the Kent firm says a development in the high security garden fencing sector.
Combining the security attributes of galvanized steel with the aesthetic benefits of natural wood, EuroGuard Combi delivers what is described as a robust fencing solution where added security is required.
Featuring closely spaced panels (and matching gates) made up of Jakcure treated slats, EuroGuard Combi has a flat facing surface which eliminates hand or foot holds making it difficult for any opportunist intruder to climb or cut the fence. The 45 x 15 mm thick timber slats are held in place by top and bottom rails, whilst the steel posts are timber faced to maintain the overall appearance of a timber fence. Steel posts and mesh panels are supplied galvanized compliant with BS EN 1461 or galvanized and powder coated in standard black and green, compliant with BS EN 13438 at additional cost with other colours available to special order. EuroGuard Combi is backed by the company’s 25 year Service Life Guarantee on steel and 25 year Jakcure guarantee on timber.

Jacksons Paliframe Panel and Gate represents it is claimed an entirely fresh approach to garden fencing. Venetian panels and gates are constructed from Jakcured softwood with a 25 year guarantee and are framed for use with slotted Jakposts. Again, the slatted panels offer less wind resistance than traditional solid panels.

The Chilham panel represents a solution to the dilemma faced by most home owners – who should get the best side of a newly installed fence? Incorporating a sturdy frame and slotted vertical pales with 45 x 28 mm thick slats, the Chilham’s "rail-less" design provides a fence that is identical on both sides.
