Distributor Norbain has announced the winners of the three Mercedes-Benz World experiences offered in a competition to all visitors to their stand at IFSEC.
First prize went to Simon George of Obsidian Security. He and a guest will be collected and driven to Mercedes-Benz World. Here they will enjoy a number of experiences including taking control of a 6.2 litre V8 AMG performance car to explore the purpose-built handling circuit. This will be followed by an AMG passenger ride courtesy of a professional track driver, and last, but not least, a 4×4 adventure around 10-acres of off-road terrain. Simon will also be choosing a Mercedes-Benz of his choice to drive away the next day and keep for a week.
"I visited the Norbain stand to see the latest Vista products," says Simon. "In particular, I wanted to get a closer look at the PowerDome Pro range which was very impressive. I certainly never expected to win and I’m absolutely over the moon. I love driving and have always been a fan of the Mercedes brand so it’s perfect for me!"
Two runners-up prizes go to Douglas Dean of Spectra Security and William Sivewright of Fortress Security. With a guest each, they will experience the power of the V8 AMG, take a high speed passenger ride, and take on the challenge presented by the 4×4 adventure.
