Council Alarms

by msecadm4921

First Choice Homes Oldham (FCHO) manage council owned properties across Oldham Metropolitan Borough, providing services to 12,000 council tenants and leaseholders in Oldham. One service is security monitoring.

Oldham BC "…believe in a good, safe, living environment for present and future". Bold communications, security software provider, provides an end-to-end alarm monitoring solution, supplying FCHO with everything required to monitor their empty properties. Bold temporary alarms signal Contact ID data over the GSM network to FCHO’s Bold RX3000 multi-protocol, multi-mode alarm receiver. The alarms are then managed using Bold’s popular alarm monitoring software.

Steve Wall, security supervisor at First Choice Homes said: "Bold have been our supplier for many years now. They offer a tried and trusted solution for us and many other council-led operations UK-wide. Their support is second-to-none, so when we needed a system for our new control room, there was no question of where to turn to." And Bold Managing Director, Brian Kelly, said: "We are of course very pleased FCHO have returned to us for their new system requirements. Our customer retention rate overall is excellent, reinforcing our position as the customer-focused market leader."
