Organisers of RSA Conference Europe 2005, an e-security and cryptography event, are calling for papers for the sixth annual event, to be held on October 17 to 19, 2005 at the Austria Center, Vienna.
The RSA Conference Europe is an information security event and a source, claim organisers, for uncovering new ways to thwart cyber-criminals trying to smuggle themselves into today’s businesses. As such, it is for organisations that develop, deploy or investigate data security, cryptography products and services, it is claimed. It is also a forum for those exploring or implementing an identity and access management strategy. Over 90pc of attendees surveyed in 2004 said RSA Conference, Europe was valuable, very valuable or extremely valuable, according to the organisers.
The 2005 programme will feature ten tracks, including the new Professional Development track. This has been developed to help IT security professionals advance their careers by learning how to gain management support for projects and by providing practical advice, strategic insights and skills development.
