IBP Partnership

by msecadm4921

IBP International has announced a marketing partnership with robbery training firm, Training For Success, who offer work-based safety and development programmes.

The firms say that UK health and safety regulations make explicit reference to employers’ responsibilities and ultimately liability towards violence in the workplace and what training is required for staff. From a cost benefit analysis, the provision of appropriate training can often significantly reduce sickness and potential litigation from staff, who are victims of violent situations at work, the firms say. Equally, the opportunity exists to significantly improve productivity by helping prevent incidents occurring.
