Lancashire-based CCTV and access control distributor Network Video Centre (NVC) reports it is introducing a 21-day no-quibble product guarantee.
The Heywood-based company says it will credit or exchange all standard products purchased from its catalogue without question, provided that the goods are returned in their original packing, with all manuals, connectors and ancillary items and are unused. Goods must be returned to NVC within 21 days of the relevant invoice date. Steve Marshall, Sales Manager at NVC says: ‘Customers will benefit in two main ways: first, the ability to buy product in bulk and return any stock not required; and secondly, the ability to order stock for future projects in the knowledge that it can be returned if necessary.’
