Telecom Partner

VCi, developer of service management solutions, has entered into a strategic partnership with Evolve Telecom.

According to the firms this will enable organisations to take better advantage of the new generation of wireless-based service management applications whilst delivering significant savings of up to 20 per cent on call charges, equipment and ongoing contracts.

Service product

VCi’s flagship product is Service Accent, an enterprise solution with a range of service call handling, contract administration and billing functionality. An optional Stock control module is available which includes Purchase Order processing and options for Meter Billing and Online Meter Billing can also be added. Also, a range of remote options enabling the use of the Internet, PDAs, email and SMS notifications.
