In addition, there is a new look to the hand tools section, with the introduction of Tradesmen’s Choice and Best Value banners. These headings are the result of customer research and make the 644-page catalogue easier to use, the firm claims.
The hand tools section has been reorganised to make screwdrivers, chisels, hammers and levels, etc., easier to find and easier to compare, the firm says. In addition to Estwing Hammers from only £24.99 and Knipex cutters, wire strippers and pliers from £14.99, new products include a Wera six-piece Slip-Stop Screwdriver Set.
The security section also highlights several new items. These include a locking door chain which prevents entry by unwanted visitors whilst allowing access to key holders in an emergency. A range of safes, security lighting and burglar alarms are also offered alongside other door and vehicle security products and security chains. A standard passive infra-red (PIR) detector is shown from £7.49 and a car or van safe is £29.99. Professional Floodlights are also available from £42.99.
