Group4Securicor have selected and implemented Logosoft Vetting Manager to provide a management system for their dcreening centre in Stockton on Tees, report Logosoft Ltd, the UK security sector software company.
The Vetting Manager system is used to control and manage, electronically, the pre-employment screening process, producing all the necessary paperwork, capturing necessary information while ensuring that the process is compliant to industry standards, the firm says. The system also allows customisable screening processes for different categories of staff and an employment history of up to 20 years for businesses outside the security market.
The 50-user system will allow Group4Securicor to manage their reported 850 pre-employment screens per month in a cost-effective way, manage the workload and keep screening targets to a minimum with the help of the built-in outstanding status and reporting module, say Logosoft.
