Free to MFF members, the morning events run at the Birmingham offices of law firm Eversheds LLP on November 13; and the Nottingham offices of Capital One (Europe) plc on November 19. Marc Stevens, Dispute Investigator, Capital One and Victoria Ricketts, Manager, Fraud Decision Strategy, Global Retail Banking, are speaking on each day.
