Dahua training courses

by Mark Rowe

The UK authorised distributor of Dahua products, the trade only CCTV distributor, COP Security, has upgraded its in house training courses. COP now offer two courses, for entry level and ‘Enhanced’ training, on Dahua products.

The entry level course covers an introduction to Dahua IP and HDCVI solutions, encoding and decoding, product procurement, basic DVR and NVR configuration and operation, remote access features, basic software features, and trouble-shooting. The enhanced course offers product specification for commercial and large installs, enhanced camera configuration and installation, camera web browser access (including auto tracking speed domes), in-depth DVR and NVR configuration (including IVS and Smart features) and intelligent features (including Emap and push notifications).

The training is the firm says for anyone involved in the management or installation of professional CCTV projects, including engineers, installers, system integrators and security consultants. Each one-day course costs £80 plus VAT per person, with lunch included. In line with COP’s goal of building relationships, delegates who complete the course will receive an account credit for the cost of the course, to spend on any Dahua products.

James Bentley, Product Manager at COP Security, said: “Run on a weekly basis, each course offers the perfect introduction for both new users and experienced security professionals.”

For details and to book a training course, delegates can contact COP on 01457 874 999 or complete an online booking form at www.cop-eu.com/training.
