ASSA, part of ASSA ABLOY Security Solutions, a UK division of ASSA ABLOY, the physical security product company, will be demonstrating its CLIQ Remote range for void properties at the National Housing Federation’s Annual Conference and Housing Exhibition.
The long running exhibition will run on September 21 and 22, at the ICC in Birmingham. ASSA, on stand 42, will be showcasing its CLIQ range for the first time at the housing show.
Its intelligent key and cylinder solution, CLIQ Remote, has recently been in use in the social housing market, notably in the securing of void properties. The system allows controlled key and access management without the complexity or cost of a hard wired system, the makers say. The CLIQ range has the functionality to create time defined user keys, allowing access for a specified time; outside of these time parameters access would be denied to the properties. This feature is useful for maintenance workers who may need to access properties outside normal opening hours.
