The Panomera V8 multifocal sensor camera from Dallmeier took the design award “Best of the Best,” in the “Product Design” category at the Red Dot Award 2026.
The products has already won the iF Design Award 2026. The Red Dot Design Award dates from 1955 and sees evaluations an independent jury, of internationally experienced experts from various disciplines. They assess submissions based on aspects of good design – including function, usability, responsibility, and aesthetic quality. The jury rates the awarded products using the so-called Red Dot Winner Points – with a maximum of 100 points. The Panomera V8 achieved that top score of 100. The Panomera V8 delivers 180 degree coverage without blind spots and gives precise analysis even across large areas, the German makers report.
