by Mark Rowe

Samsung Techwin Europe has launched a multi-platform website.

The company says that visitors to www.samsung-security.eu will find that it has been developed to be user friendly and responsive, across smartphones, tablets, laptops and PCs. Besides datasheets covering all the company’s video surveillance products, visitors will find the new site lets them access a new ‘Download Centre’ where they can find help with technical queries, training and system design and product installation tools, including video tutorials.

Justin Hollis, Marketing Manager for Samsung Techwin Europe, said: “Our new multi-language website has been designed with the help of feedback from customers and business partners throughout Europe. We have responded by providing installers and systems integrators with ready access to information, helping them quickly and easily learn more about the products and services we offer.

“The launch of the website is part of a process we are undertaking to re-invigorate our pre and post sales support activities through incremental support and investment from our parent company Hanwha. We will of course continue to listen to our partners and customers, so that the website continues to deliver the best possible customer experience.”
