East Midlands market win

by Mark Rowe

The Solihull-based security contractor Integrity Security Group reports its first contract win in the East Midlands. The firm, which employs 120 people from its Highfield Road offices, beat a number of major companies to the £250,000 contract to supply cleaning, facilities and security services to Nottingham Wholesale Fruit and Flower Market. Four people have already been taken on to work on the project, with the possibility of more to come as part of work to secure new clients in Derby, Leicester, Northampton and Nottingham.

The year has seen the firm acquire Roscot Security in the Black Country, treble the size of its offices and post a 75pc growth in annual sales. Integrity has also maintained its ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards.

Director Will Adams, pictured left, said: “We’ve been looking at expanding further east in terms of our contracts and securing the Nottingham project is a massive step forward for us. The aim now is to build on this initial success and aggressively go after more market opportunities across both the East and West Midlands. To achieve this we have already spent £100,000 on extending our premises, new vehicles and IT infrastructure.”

He added that the firm’s SIA approved contrator scheme assessment score puts the firm in the top 8pc of security companies in the UK.

Established in 2008, Integrity provides cleaning, facilities management and security services which include manned guarding, mobile patrols and event security to key holding, alarm response and consultancy.

Tony Turner, pictured right, Managing Director at Integrity, added: “The last 12 months have seen us grow at an exciting rate, now we can face the future with a confidence and pursue even more contracts while still maintaining our reputation for high quality.” Visit www.integrity-uk.com.
