STM Group (UK) Ltd was among the winners at the 2023 UK Outstanding Security Performance Awards (OSPAs) in London. The event on February 23 at the Royal Lancaster Hotel saw over 500 professionals from the security industry attend. STM won in the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Initiative category.
The OSPAs are a recognition of excellence in security; the EDI award was for a company that demonstrates an outstanding commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion that has led to an improved security position. London, E15-based STM Group were recognised for their ‘One Team Philosophy’ that believes the most powerful force in the workplace is equality, diversity, inclusivity, and belonging (EDIB). This comes after STM Group were named as Diversity & Inclusion Champion of the Year at the Security & Fire Excellence Awards in November 2022.
