Training courses

by Mark Rowe

Mayflex, the distributor of converged IP products including cabling infrastructure, networking and electronic security solutions has developed two new IP security courses, available for customers in early 2014.

The first titled Implementing IP Security Surveillance Systems is a two-day course which will give delegates understanding of the fundamentals required to deploy an IP CCTV network. The course will offer a mixture of classroom tutorials and practical sessions which will give delegates the chance to acquire the necessary skills to install, configure and adapt an IP installation.

The second course, IP CCTV Made Easy, has been developed with a number of Mayflex’s key vendor partners which include Razberi, Milestone, AXIS & Excel. This half day session will provide delegates with the knowledge of how to get more revenue from their existing customer base by expanding on their expertise and knowledge.

Mark Simmons, Sales Director at Mayflex said: “The introduction of these courses demonstrate the continued commitment Mayflex is showing its customer base. By providing the tools to educate and empower we are in turn helping customers to develop and increase their business opportunities.”

Mark continues, “We have worked closely with some of our key vendor partners to get the content for these courses right. I believe we now have 2 excellent sessions which will offer different levels of knowledge, providing courses which can suit a large number of customer requirements.”
