Mitie deal

A seven-year contract put at more than £15m with the London Borough of Sutton has been awarded to the contract Mitie. The FM firm will deliver a facilities management services including mechanical and electrical maintenance, building fabric repairs, security, front of house, waste and caretaking services across the south London borough’s stock of 190 buildings and schools. Peter Mosley, managing director of Mitie’s Technical Facilities Management business, said: “This is a fantastic development for the business as we continue to provide an increasing number of integrated FM services to the public sector. The London Borough of Sutton has embraced our fresh thinking approach to service provision and we are excited about developing a long and successful partnership with them.”
