The facilities management (FM) contract company OCS Group UK Ltd has appointed Jeremy Dicks as Director of Operations for the NEC Group contract. Jeremy, pictured, will manage the FM contract that OCS Group have held with NEC since 2012, overseeing security and event stewarding, traffic and car park management, portering, cleaning, waste management and helpdesk services. He will report to Andrew Mortimer, Managing Director of Destinations and Venues.
Jeremy has a background in FM and property services, having worked with Sodexo, Compass Group and latterly Carillion. He has also worked across a range of industry sectors including corporate services, retail, sports and leisure, travel, defence, education, healthcare, and local government.
Andrew Mortimer said: “Jeremy has a superb track record in the FM sector and a wealth of experience to offer. I look forward to working with him and the team in Birmingham. With Jeremy on board we will to continue to build on the great work we have delivered at the NEC”.

The Birmingham-based NEC Group operates four venues: the National Exhibition Centre, which is the location for the annual Facilities Show supported by the British Institute of Facilities Management, and the Gentings Arena, a music and entertainment venue, on a 610-acre site near Solihull; and The International Convention Centre and the Barclaycard Arena, in central Birmingham.
