Afghan essay

The latest Radzinowicz Prize has been awarded to John Braithwaite and Ali Wardak’s two-part article, ‘Crime and War in Afghanistan’, free to download from the British Journal of Criminology website. The 2014 British Journal of Criminology award was for the article that in the judges’ view has most contributed to knowledge of criminal justice issues and the development of criminology.

The prize is named in honour of Sir Leon Radzinowicz, one of the major figures in the development of criminology in Britain.
