ST14 Autumn charity cash

by Mark Rowe

At every Security TWENTY event that Professional Security magazine has put on since spring 2013, the night before the exhibition-conference, there’s a networking dinner. And each dinner raises cash for a charity, usually local to the event venue. At ST14 Autumn at Park Inn Heathrow the charity was Children’s Liver Disease Foundation, in memory of Malcolm Stacey of the exhibitor Clear Evidence, who died earlier this year.

The dinner raised £1710. The photo shows the presentation by Roy Cooper, magazine MD and compere for the night, to Joanna Oldfield – who was also one of the winners in the raffle.

About the charity

The foundation (CDLF) was formed in 1980 and seeks to support young people with liver disease; and their families. The charity besides seeks to be a voice for those with the disease and to fund medical research.

For more photos of the Monday night dinner and the ST14 Tuesday, see the December 2014 print magazine or visit the gallery part of the website.
