Role: Senior Project Manager
Location: London
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 per annum
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in the fire industry looking to join an innovative, forward-thinking company that’s committed to protecting people, property, and the planet? As a Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
Responsibilities:
● Initiating projects by assessing feasibility, defining scope, budgets, and required resources.
● Planning with clarity — setting objectives, assigning roles, and developing visual project plans and schedules.
● Executing and overseeing day-to-day project delivery, ensuring timelines and specifications are met.
● Monitoring progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and managing stakeholder expectations.
● Managing finances including cost control, margin protection, and final account reporting.
● Capturing lessons learned and driving continuous improvement.
● Mentoring junior team members and supporting colleagues on complex projects.
● Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
● Communicating regularly with senior leadership and clients to report progress and flag potential issues early
Experience and Certifications Required:
● Proven project management experience within the fire industry.
● Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Excellent understanding of Health & Safety in site-based environments.
● Working knowledge of CDM regulations and Principal Contractor duties (desirable).
● Solid commercial acumen and experience with budget management.
● Strong communication and negotiation skills.
● IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and project management software.
