The February 2024 conference had an introduction from Chris Philp, Home Office Minister of State for Crime, Police and Fire, with addresses from the National Protective Security Authority – the UK government’s National Technical Authority for physical and personnel protective security, the NPSA – besides from Chief Constable Lauren Poultney, the National Police Chiefs’ Council (NPCC) lead for Problem Solving, a portfolio that incorporates Designing Out Crime Officers (DOCOs).
Event for DOCOs and crime prevention police officers from around the UK – the 2024 event had visitors also from the Republic of Ireland, the British Transport Police and from other roles within the crime prevention, planning and construction fields.
