Business Development Manager – Fire & Security | Midlands | Competitive basic salary of £50k DOE + commission + car allowance/company car + benefits

Are you a proven sales professional with experience in the fire & security industry? Our client, a well-established provider of fire and security solutions, is looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Midlands region.

The Role:

  • Develop and win new business opportunities within fire & security systems (CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, fire detection).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Identify opportunities for growth across key sectors including commercial, industrial, and public sector.
  • Work closely with the projects and service teams to ensure a smooth handover and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets with a focus on sustainable, long-term growth.

What You’ll Have:

  • Proven track record in sales or business development within the fire & security sector.
  • Strong knowledge of security systems and/or fire detection solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working autonomously.
  • Based in the Midlands with flexibility to travel across the region.
