Business Development Manager | Nottinghamshire (Office attendance once per week)

We are seeking a high-performing Security BDM with a proven track record in electronic security sales.

The Role
You will drive new business growth across Nottinghamshire, targeting:

  • Electrical Contractors
  • Facilities Management (FM) companies

Applicants must evidence security sales exceeding £750k per annum for each of the last three years, delivering circa 35% GP. A strong network of established industry contacts is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Secure new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain contractor and FM relationships
  • Achieve revenue and GP targets
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting

Requirements

  • Proven £750k+ annual security sales performance (last three years)
  • Consistent delivery of c.35% GP
  • Established industry contacts
  • Commercially astute and target-driven

Package

  • £45,000 – £55,000 DOE
  • Car allowance
  • OTE £100,000 – £120,000
  • 22 days annual leave, rising to 25 days
  • Office attendance once per week
