BDM – High End | Hertfordshire (Hybrid) | £75,000–£80,000 OTE + Commission + Hybrid Company Car + Fuel Card + Paid Travel to London
We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to grow high-value, technically complex security contracts across multi-site, Critical National Infrastructure, defence, government, and high-end residential sectors.
Package
- £75k–£80k OTE
- Commission, hybrid company car, fuel card
- Paid travel to London
- Hybrid working (office-based initially, then once a week/fortnight)
Key Responsibilities
- Win multi-site and enterprise-level contracts
- Develop opportunities in defence, government, CNI, and high-end residential
- Build senior client relationships and open new markets
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver compliant, high-spec solutions
Requirements
- Experience in business development for fire & security
- Multi-disciplinary systems knowledge, enterprise experience a plus
- Familiarity with Gallagher, Gent, Avigilon, Honeywell
- SC/DV clearance required
- Strong network in secure sectors desirable
