Field Service & Maintenance Fire Alarm Engineer – Winchester
Salary: £32,000-£35,000
Permanent, Full Time
Hours/Shift: Mon-Fri: 8:30 – 5 (40 hours)
Apply to one of the UK’s Largest Independently owned, fully accredited (National Fire Safety Business) that designs, supplies, installs, commissions, and maintains fire alarm systems and associated equipment, including all third-party equipment and emergency lights.
The Role :
- To attend customer sites, within your allocated regional area.
- To fulfill business contracts.
- Completing planned preventive maintenance of fire safety systems.
- Attending call-outs, fault-finding, and completing the modification of existing systems.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and excellent customer service.
Requirements :
- Good communicator, approachable with a positive attitude.
- Customer service focussed.
- Organisation skills, such as time management and prioritising.
- Applies a problem-solving approach taking accountability for own actions.
- Good IT skills.
- FIA Foundation with extensive knowledge of BS5839.
- Fault finding knowledge.
- Modification of Fire Safety Systems configuration
