Role: Fire Alarm Project Manager
Location: Buckinghamshire
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 per annum + Car
We are looking for a Fire Alarm Contracts Manager to work for a BAFE-accredited fire detection provider who specialises in the installation, maintenance and commissioning of fire alarm systems and associated products. Due to continued growth and having recently won a number of large commercial contracts in the South-East, they are looking for an experienced Fire Project Manager to join their expanding team. The role will be a mixture of home, office and site-based.
Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver multiple fire alarm installation projects across the South-East, with values up to £1 million.

Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource management to ensure successful delivery.

Manage and coordinate subcontractors on-site to maintain quality and progress.

Provide weekly and monthly project progress reports to senior management.

Ensure all works are delivered to specification, on time, and within budget.

Maintain responsibility for project financial performance (P&L).

Offer technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams where required.

Uphold BAFE and FIA standards throughout all stages of project delivery.
Experience and Certifications Required:

Proven experience managing large-scale fire alarm projects from inception to completion.

Strong technical understanding of fire detection and alarm systems.

Experience within a BAFE-accredited environment (essential).

Excellent knowledge of FIA regulations and BS 5839 standards.

Strong leadership, commercial awareness, and organisational skills.

Full UK Driving Licence.
