Mechanical Project Manager
Location: Newbury
Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum
The Company

Long-established, design-led building services contractor delivering mechanical, electrical, and control projects across London and the South East.

The Role
-
Manage and deliver mechanical installation projects from design through to completion.

Oversee pipework, heating, chilled water, and plantroom installations on commercial sites.

Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient delivery.

Monitor costs, materials, and labour, keeping projects on programme and within budget.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and main contractors to maintain smooth communication and resolve issues.
The Ideal Candidate

Background in pipefitting, mechanical installation, or HVAC services, with experience leading site teams.

Strong technical understanding of LTHW/CHW systems, plantrooms, AHUs, fan coils, and BMS integration.

Excellent organisational and leadership skills with a focus on quality and safety.

Experience as a Mechanical Supervisor, Site Manager, or Project Manager on commercial projects.
