Role: Fire Alarm Service Engineer
Location: Manchester
Salary: £32,000 to £40,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Service Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding on a range of fire alarm systems across commercial and industrial premises, ensuring all works are completed to the highest standards and in compliance with relevant regulations.
Responsibilities:

Carry out servicing, maintenance, and reactive repairs on fire alarm systems.

Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently and professionally.

Complete all service reports and documentation accurately.

Provide technical support and excellent customer service on-site.

Work in compliance with BS5839 and company procedures.

Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota when required.
Experience and Certifications Required:
-
Proven experience as a Fire Alarm Service Engineer.

Strong knowledge of addressable and conventional fire alarm systems (Gent, Advanced, Kentec, etc.).

Understanding of BS5839 standards and current fire safety regulations.

ECS/CSCS card.

Full UK driving licence.

Excellent fault-finding and communication skills.
