Job Title: Fire and Security Service Engineer
Location: Essex
Rate: £220 p/day
We are seeking an experienced Fire and Security Service Engineer for contract work in Essex. The role focuses on performing planned preventive maintenance (PPMs) on a variety of systems including fire alarms, CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and emergency lighting across multiple sites. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented engineer looking to apply their extensive skills in a dynamic setting.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Conduct PPMs on fire alarms (Advanced, Haes, Notifier, Gent), CCTV (IP and analogue – Hikvision), access control (Paxton), intruder alarms (Galaxy, Premier, Menvier, Texecom), and emergency lighting.
- Expected to complete a minimum of 5 PPMs per day across various client sites.
Experience required:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in fire and security systems maintenance.
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- DBS check required.
- Additional fire qualifications are beneficial.
