Fire Damper Remedial Engineer | Up to £45,000 DOE | London / home counties
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out remedial works on fire/smoke dampers
- Modify or replace ductwork and access panels
- Interpret inspection reports and plan remedial actions
- Conduct fire damper testing and inspections
- Complete compliance documentation and liaise with clients
What You’ll Need
- Experience in fire damper remedial works and HVAC systems
- Knowledge of fire safety regulations (BS 9999, HTM 03-01 VH001)
- Skilled in ductwork modifications and mechanical repairs
- Relevant certifications (PASMA, IPAF, Asbestos Awareness) preferred
- Full UK driving licence
