Fire Systems Engineer (Gent Accredited) | Midlands | £45,000 + Vehicle
Our client is seeking a fully accredited Gent Engineer with Basic, Advanced and Networking training to join their projects team. This is a hands-on role focused on installing, commissioning, and occasionally auditing fire detection systems across commercial environments.
The Role
- Work closely with the projects team to install and commission Gent fire systems
- Carry out system audits and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Travel within the Midlands region (covering areas between Sheffield and Birmingham)
- Depending on experience, support with office-based tasks as required
- Clear progression path into a supervisory role, with responsibility for jobs and team coordination

- Paid overtime at time and a half (before 7:30am, after 5:30pm, and occasional weekends)

Requirements
- Fully accredited Gent Engineer (Basic, Advanced, and Networking)
- Strong background in installation and commissioning of fire systems
- Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Midlands-based, ideally near head office for occasional office days
- Flexible to travel across commercial sites within the region
