HVACR Sales Manager | Essex | Up to £55,000 + Commission + Benefits

A well-established and growing refrigeration and HVAC specialist is seeking a Commercial HVACR Sales Manager to drive business development and support continued expansion across commercial and industrial sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded sales professional with experience in refrigeration and air conditioning to join a respected engineering-led business offering strong earning potential and long-term career progression.

The Role:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial refrigeration and HVACR sectors
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial enquiry through to quotation and contract award
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals tailored to client requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Support company growth by developing strategic sales plans and identifying key market opportunities

The Candidate:

  • Proven experience in HVACR or refrigeration sales, business development, or account management
  • Strong technical understanding of commercial refrigeration and/or air conditioning systems
  • Experience selling installation, service, or maintenance solutions
  • Ability to generate new business and manage client relationships
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and commercial skills
  • Full UK driving licence
