Lead Security Systems Installation Engineer | Birmingham | £34,000 – £40,000 per year | Full-time
This role involves the installation and commissioning of Intruder Alarms, CCTV, and Access Control Systems across a range of commercial and residential sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, commission, and service Intruder Alarm Systems (Grade 2 and 3), CCTV Systems, and Access Control Systems
- Work with monitored and IP-based systems to a high professional standard
- Participate in the on-call rota to support out-of-hours requirements
- Maintain accurate installation and service records using provided company systems
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards
About You:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in security systems installation
- Strong knowledge of Texecom, IP Hikvision, and Paxton systems (essential)
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship
- Full, clean UK driving licence (required)
- Must be willing to undergo security screening
