Physical Electronic Security Systems Genetec Engineer

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Genetec security engineer to play a pivotal role within a client team based in Manhattan, New York City. You will oversee and drive the successful mobilisation and delivery of access control and CCTV projects across the client’s portfolio. This position will involve supporting enterprise-level application implementations, managing migrations from legacy systems, and providing expert troubleshooting. The ideal candidate must excel in multitasking and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is an on-site role requiring 5 days per week in the office.
The Person
• Experience of working with Genetec Security Centre and certified in Synergis access control.
• Experienced and certified in Victor VMS/CCTV Application.
• A high level of proficiency and expertise relevant to the design, deployment, and management of integrated Enterprise physical and technical security systems.
• A comprehensive understanding of ICT Infrastructure, hosting arrangements and networks required.
• Proven record of working on successful physical security system implementations/migrations.
• Capable of delivering quality solutions and outcomes within complex and time-sensitive environments.
• Highly proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite, including Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• The ability to identify and meet project deadlines and deliverables.
