Project Manager (Access Control & CCTV)
Location: Various Locations – Travel needed
Duration: 6 months with possible extension
Rate: £380/£425 per day

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of an Access Control and CCTV system integration project at an Amazon warehouse. The role will also include responsibility for managing elements of a car park barrier installation and remotely managing a related project nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the delivery of Access Control (Lenel) and CCTV (Milestone) installations.
- Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and integrators to ensure all works are completed on time, within budget, and to specification.
- Manage on-site project activity and maintain governance across the project remotely.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and site-specific regulations.
- Provide regular updates, reporting progress to internal stakeholders and the client.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Access Control, CCTV, and car park barrier systems during the installation process.
Requirements
- Proven project management experience in Access Control and CCTV system delivery.
- Hands-on knowledge of Lenel Access Control platforms.
- Experience with CCTV system integrations and car park barrier installations.
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage both onsite and remote projects simultaneously.
- Experience working on warehouse or large office environments is advantageous.
- MS Office and project planning tools proficiency.
